About Me

I loved working within fashion as I get to encourage women of all ages to feel good about themselves, I found this part of my job very rewarding. As in society these days we always seek approval, it’s about making men and women feel confident within their own skin.

Therefore, it’s about teaching and encouraging the fact that they don’t need approval from anyone but themselves.  Fashion is very powerful as we can use fashion to highlight our identity as men and women.

All through this career choice it was great in so many ways, for along time in the back of my mind I knew I wanted to help and support other people at a deeper level. Since a young age I’ve always struggled with lack of self-belief, therefore this led to delays in fulfilling my true dreams, in all aspects of my life.

Due to these negative thoughts I felt I become a person who continually tried to please others. I believe that I was living other people’s dreams, which led to a lot of regressed emotions.

Being a mum of two beautiful boys, as you know being a parent comes with its high and lows.

I love my boys, they’re my world and I’m so proud of them both. It hasn’t been all plain sailing. My oldest son hit a conflict of his own, which as a parent is soul destroying and I felt out of my depth and helpless as a mum. I felt I had failed my son. This had a rippling effect on all relationships in my life and immense strain on my mental health.

Where my anxiety and stress built up so much, I felt I couldn’t control my own thoughts.  With my son struggling with his battle I wanted to find a solution. I felt I needed to be supermum and provide all the answers, but as you know there no such thing as a magic wand!

As this led me on a path of life coaching, where I’ve not only gained a qualification but I gained a better quality of life. I learned the skills and tools to not only self-develop but to help my son and others.

I now feel complete, I’ve finally found the strength and self-belief to fulfil my dream career. Now I want to help you!
